This page explains what zomb.cc keeps about you, why, and who helps us run the site.
What we store
- Your account: username, email and password. The password is only stored as a salted hash, never as plain text.
- Your purchases: plan, price, date and status. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
- Your keys, and the ID of the computer each key is locked to.
- Login sessions, including the IP address and browser each one started from.
- An anonymous visit counter: a random ID and the pages opened. It never includes your IP address.
Server logs
Our servers log IP addresses for security, like stopping abuse and attacks. These logs are kept for a limited time.
Why we use it
To run your account, deliver your keys, and stop key sharing and fraud.
Who helps us
- Stripe handles payments.
- Resend sends our emails.
- DigitalOcean hosts the site.
- Google Fonts serves the site's fonts, so your browser loads them from Google.
We don't sell your data.
Cookies and storage
- Login session: keeps you logged in.
- Verification and checkout security: makes sure email codes and checkouts come from you.
- Theme: remembers light or dark mode, in your browser only.
- Visit counter: the random ID above.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
